Ferruccio Postiglione and Luca Fiorentino – Italian and European Patent Attorneys – obtained the Diploma on “Patent Litigation in Europe” awarded in the Academic Year 2014/2105 by the Centre d'Études Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) of the University of Strasbourg.
According to the draft proposal on the European Patent Litigation Certificate, European Patent Attorneys having awarded this University Diploma will be entitled to represent clients before the forthcoming Unified Patent Court (UPC).
