Fight against counterfeiting

Our firm offers assistance and support for the customs protection of its clients' brands and for taking action against counterfeiting.

In collaboration with Indicam, an association active since 1987 in the fight against counterfeiting and in the protection of intellectual property rights, we offer training services to law enforcement agencies responsible for fighting counterfeiting, to better identify illicit products on the market. In the event of seizure of these products, we draw up technical assessments of counterfeit goods in collaboration with our customers and attend hearings as witnesses for the Public Prosecutor in criminal proceedings.
